Returns policy

Items may be returned within a period of 14 days following the delivery date. The customer shall be responsible for the direct cost of returning any item. Any parcel returned against payment of freight costs will be refused.

Before returning any item, please write us to the following e-mail address: servicenl@actiongroupdeals.com . Once your communication has been received, we shall inform you of the address to which the returned product is to be delivered.



Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 14  days after purchase.
